By rule products are dispatched within 72 hours from the order of the products that are available or within seven days for a product that is not currently available (depending on the availability).
All orders are processed, delivered and shipped on business days only (i.e. Monday to Friday). Orders submitted on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed the following workday. Shipping charges are born by the client and appear during checkout. Those vary depending on the order amount, the shipping option chosen and the desired shipping address.

Please ensure that you write the correct delivery postal address on your order, since we will not be held responsible for packages that are lost because they were sent to wrong or incomplete addresses without the mistake being ours.
